Our clients need financial statements for various reasons.  We discuss certain engagement alternatives with our clients to distinguish the level of service (compilation, review, or audit) or the type of financial statements (with or without disclosures, GAAP or OCBOA, etc.).

CONDO & HOA ASSOCIATION SERVICES
Our firm works closely with association managers and board directors of condominium, homeowner and other common interest realty associations. We have extensive experience in the preparation of year-end financial statements (audit reviews, compilations), budget consulting, special project consulting (special assessments, financing, insurance proceeds), tax planning, hotel/condominium accounting, condominium conversions, and accounting for timeshares and cooperatives. Gerstle, Rosen and Goldenberg, P.A. is recognized by the state of Florida as an accredited instructor of a variety of courses that are of interest to property managers and board members.

BUSINESS CONSULTING & COMPUTER CONSULTING
Our firm works with business owners on matters including profitability, succession planning, implementation of accounting controls, cash flow projections and any other areas where we can assist them in keeping their business sound. Gerstle, Rosen & Goldenberg, P.A. works extensively with T.O.P.S., YARDI and Quickbooks. We can assist your staff in the application of these and other programs.

GOVERNMENTAL AUDITING AND ACCOUNTING
Gerstle, Rosen & Goldenberg, P.A. are experts in the principles and procedures in auditing and accounting for Federal, state, and local governments and agencies as well as non-profit recipients of Federal funds requiring audited financial statements and grants such as single audits under OMB A-133. We are also an approved GSA Contracting Vendor.

LITIGATION SUPPORT & FORENSIC ACCOUNTING
Gerstle, Rosen & Goldenberg, P.A. is experienced in providing support for attorneys in divorce, business valuation and other legal disputes. GRG has provided support services for law firms throughout South Florida in the capacity as expert witnesses, advisors and negotiators.  We have been involved in scores of transition audits where an Association and a Developer are attempting to avoid litigation, but need to come to some sort of financial settlement.  We have also performed forensic audits for corporation where misappropriation of funds has been alleged.

Our firm represents numerous commercial and residential developers, receivers and work-out specialists. We provide bookkeeping, audits, projections, comfort letters, tax planning and preparation, financing contacts, budgeting and other real estate-related services. We gave represented regional malls, hotels, hotel/condos, and mixed use properties.
