Our firm has in depth experience in auditing all phases of the development and construction industries including shopping malls, office, retail and residential builders, HUD apartment, hotels, hotel condos and other mixed use properties.  In addition GRG has extensive history in providing construction project accounting services including monitoring budgets, cash flow analysis, tracking change orders, preparation of financial accounting records, monitoring percentage of completion, estimations, and certifying draw requests for financial institutional payments.

We have performed audits, common area maintenance (CAM) audits, turn-over audits, and prepared numerous partnership tax returns and provided ancillary consulting services including economic feasibility studies, cash flow projections and comfort letters.  We have been involved in projections with regard to financing and refinancing as well as the tax ramifications, tax planning relating to the sale of property or debt forgiveness.
