Mark Gerstle graduated from the University of Florida in 1978. He was licensed as a C.P.A by the State of Florida in 1983 and became a member of both the American and Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Mr. Gerstle’s areas of expertise include condominium and homeowner associations, real estate, construction and non-profits. He is an active member in various industry organizations including Community Associations Institute and has lectured on TV, and radio throughout the State on Association issues. Mark Gerstle has been involved in hundreds of turnover settlement negotiations and other settlements.

Robert Rosen graduated from Hofstra University in 1980. He began his career with the audit department of an international Big 8 accounting firm in New York. In 1985, he and Mark Gerstle founded the firm. Mr. Rosen is experienced in audits of condominium and homeowner associations, real estate developers, 401K and the areas of small business, corporate and individual taxation. Mr. Rosen is a member of both American and Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and the New York State Society of C.P.A.s. He is a past Board Director and current member of the Gold Coast of Community Associates Institute.

Brian Goldenberg graduated from the University of Florida in 1974. In 1997, he became an Associate member of the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He has over 25 years of experience in corporate and individual income tax preparation, small business corporate analysis, and estate and tax planning services, trusteeships and court-appointed guardianships. He has conducted numerous tax planning seminars and has served as a board member of many Florida civic organizations.
